| Currently, all our gameservers are offline due to a power issue this afternoon in the datacentre they are hosted. This is the message from our ISP: Dear Customer, At the moment we experience some troubles in (part of) our network. A certain amount of racks has lost one of its power feeds. We are doing our utmost to solve this issue a.s.a.p. As soon as we have more information available, we will publish it here. Please be patient while we are working on this problem. [update 15h35] Due to a major power outage, parts of the network were unreachable. Currently power is restored and engineers are checking all racks. More information will follow. [update 16h05] Almost all power is restored. If you have servers offline, please e-mail to support@leaseweb.com with as much information as possible (IP, server ID, logins). Engineers will process all requests asap. [update 16h10] Last rack powered-up. Please e-mail support@leaseweb.com if you still have issues and specify as much information as possible.
