We have two payment methods:

1. Bank transfer
2. Paypal (for a payment through Paypal we charge €2.50 administration costs)

No, that is not possible. All payments are for the full length of the contract. When you renew your account after the first three months, monthly payments are accepted.

The contract length for gamehosting is always 3, 6 or 12 months. After this period your gameserver will be stopped automatically unless you choose to renew your account.

Usually, your gameserver will be online only a couple of hours after we received your payment. However, in some situations it may take up to 48 hours.
Please note: we start installing your gameserver after we have received your payment.

For the time being we do not accept any new sponsor requests from clans. However, we are always interested in cooperating with people that run projects which have something to do with our business, for example mod makers, fan websites, etc.
